Kyrie Irving has had a successful summer, to say the least.

Just two months after winning his first NBA championship with the Cleveland Cavaliers, the 24-year-old captured a gold medal in his first time representing Team USA in the Olympics.

He joined his Cavs teammate LeBron James, as well as Chicago Bulls legends Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen as the only players to earn both honors in the same year.

It's not the first time in these Summer Games that Irving has placed himself among those greats in the history books, as he tied James and Jordan's single-game assists record a week ago.

The point guard, along with Klay Thompson, also joined an exclusive list of players who've won it all in the NBA, Olympics, and FIBA World Cup.

Irving averaged 11.4 points, 4.9 dimes, and 2.5 boards in 22 minutes per outing in Rio.
